He would have been banned for life if he had done anything crazy at Augusta. But I do feel for him there, and can’t imagine for a minute he was the only one to spin one back into the drink. But maybe he was the only one to take that many tries till realizing he needed to hit much further past the hole to accommodate.

Does he really lack sportsmanship? I'm certainly not a golf expert but from what I've heard and seen he's more of a hot head than an asshole. Someone who's quick to anger doesn't make them a bad person and consistently being calm doesn't make you a saint. Even flipping someone off, especially media makes me think the same. Honestly I think golf fans might be snobbish. Honestly from what I know of the two Tiger Woods is a worse person. Secretive, overly insecure and unfaithful.

It wasn't badly designed, it was a suckers pin. On a pin placement like that, you go long, get it on the green and try to make a putt or two and move on. It IS nice though, to see pros make mental mistakes, it proves that they're human, like us😁

@@danarcotta1283it’s badly designed, no ball that lands within a few feet from a hole is supposed to run into the water. With your same logic, if you aim way beyond the hole, your downhill put could easily roll right into the water too… terrible design.

@@danarcotta1283 right, but some stink a lot more than others. Point blank, it’s terrible design to have a roll off into water. If you want to have a green roll off, fine those exist… but into water within like 10 feet of the hole? That’s just horrible design, period. Based on principle, a good shot next to the cup shouldn’t result in a lift penalty. And what I said about the putt still stands; it just looks like an overlooked mistake, really.

Even if I won a contest that flew me to one of the greatest, but playable, cources in the US, to play with a chance to play with Garcia, I would say yes but prefer to play with one of the local members or a caddy. I don't tolerate his behavior on the course just because he's a pro. I don't tolerate it with a high handicapper either.

Whoever cut that green and runoff is a Jack ass. Your course isn’t supposed to punish GOOD shots, and I mean high chips landing right next to the hole shouldn’t consistently roll into the water. That’s horrific design.

Unlike Match play, you have to finish the hole and he really should have played over the pin as that many shots all the same landing spot??? All you can do is leave the tournament as 10 over is too far to catch up..

Yeah it’s a tough one. The set up on that green is really tough - so punishing! But after the first few he should’ve just took his medicine! 😂🏌️‍♂️
