Hello sir, at 7:41 I see the interrupt routines ending with CLR Ti and CLR Ri. Do I still need a RETI instruction after that, or does clearing these bits also automatically returns from the subroutine?

Pls reply me sir, What happen if programmer not clear the TI flag after sending 1 data..is it possible to transmit the data when TI flag is 1 condition?.
