You are not going to like the answer. Mostly by brute force and a lot of time. Datasheets, google, RU-vid. Had a introductory course at uni but that was a drop in the bucket. Basically creating here what I did not have available to me.

@Binder Tronics thank you for your answer I really appreciate it , I believe that at the end of what you have achieved is really worth it ,anything in this life requires a hard work , and I am planning to learn about different MCu as well it is really fun and enjoyable for me I will probably do something like you did , thank you and good luck

If you are starting from scratch. I would recommend a 8-bit MCU first. Less complex and the skills are transferable.

@@BinderTronics Thank you , not exactly From Bottom scratch i am familiar with Arduino plus i am a Master Embedded systems Student however all what we learn you could say goes to Trash unfortunately Self learning is much Required for me and Thank you for all of your videos i am learning from your Atmega328P with Atmel studio videos and it's Fun and Enjoyable
