At 4:36:35 you picked up the ammo "the wrong way" which is not exactly a bug but more a part of the geek secret. Sacred yards can be completed in 2 minutes without a single enemy kill and all secrets found. It has certain requirements: one of it picking up the ammo like you did which caused issues because well...it conflicted with everything else since you did not do the previous requirements. Search for "sacred yards geek secret" to see what i mean. Also well played. I also just completed my run, it is like yours only i went for all the kills as well. Cheers.
