like someone else said, the extra healing applies both in and out of cauterize, it works exactly like rejuvenate. i think it's the most fun talent to play on seris

Stun corvus is consistently viewed by the entire Paladins community as the worst talent in the whole game. Doubt he'll ever do it because why would he want to promote that talent?
