Sermon preached by Rev. Thomas Farrow Jr. entitled "Like Father, Like Son." Text comes from John 5:1-18 with special attention give to v. 17 where Jesus says, "My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working."
Life and love flow from the heart of God at all times, in all places, and to all people. Consequently, it should likewise flow from the hearts of the children of God. Life and love should not only from from the hearts of God’s people, but it should flow through our hands. With our hearts we must love and with our hands we must do the work of the Lord. Whether it’s caring for the needy, working with children, serving the community, or campaigning for justice, we must work!
