If you are thinking about building one of these Seroxat eMTB bikes or if you are building an Ebike that simply uses the Bafang drive systems then this video should help you to know what to expect.
This bike uses the Bafang G510 M620 drive train and has the DPC-18 full-color display.

Many people don't understand that nearly everything can be imported from China even as a private citizen... Alibaba makes it even easier... I have imported parts from all over the world when running a maintenance department... I prefer alloy framed Hardtail mountain bikes. Nice build....😎👍

I have a Juggernaut FS Pro 2 from biktrix and it uses the same frame with fat spacing. Im buying a frameset in mtb spacing and transferring everything.

Great instruction on install considerations. Not just on that install. Flat, even wiring is often required. Cool tip about using drill bit as bolt-hole guide. Awesome build. Just what I'm looking for, but the link for the frame is dead but for a battery or shock, and the $1000 motor. Any new sources?

I finally got my seroxat 1000w pro built. Not painted it as you have but the stock colours looks awesome anyway. Been riding it for the past 2 months now and has been amazing. Is there any way I can show you some pictures of how it turned out?

I got a bare Frey AM 3.0 frame that came with the same motor as yours. Do you suggest getting the same motor as yours or is there a newer model that fits the same installation slot?

What is the total weight of this bike? Based on the numbers in the website just for the frame, motor and battery is 37lbs. This fat tire bike territory.

The total weight is 56lbs, which may seem heavy the the power makes up for it easily. I easy ride with my buddies on 180mm trail bikes. Jumps, climbs, and more with no issues. The weight actually makes it great for the Down and very stable on rough terrain jumps. Like riding a small dirtbike.

Thank you for the quick response. That is just 6lbs more than my eMTB. I have a DH oriented eMTB with coil and triple crown fork but limited to 500wh battery. I'm looking for a eMTB for longer range and on a budget. I wonder how efficient is your M620/780wh (56lbs) bike compare with the Shimano EP8/500wh (50lbs) bike.

what are the extra frame holes for on the sides of the battery case tube?

The one on the left is a key whole. Once the battery is inserts the battery can be locked to the frame. The hole on the right is for charging the battery. There is a rubber seal that can be removed to five access to the charge port.

Whats about the two holes left and right of the battery compartment? How can they get closed?

I don’t. I’m sure you can buy a rubber plug but it’s not really an issue. The battery port is plugged and the other side is just the key hole to lock the battery.

I’m running the ZTTO 140mm thru axle forks. Has rebound and adjustable lock out.

Another question :) Can you take measurements of the battery compartment, and the battery? I found the same/similar frame on alibaba (looks identical in photos, talking with the manufacturer) and I plan to build a custom battery with higher Voltage. They sell a 48V battery but I want to get all the power out of the Bafang motor :)

The hardware that came with frame. Pretty much all full suspension bikes will come with a plastic fixtures in place of the shock. Use the same hardware.

@@gravitycheckmtb No? It had a plastic insert the length of a shock, with two bolts holding it in.

You use those bolts for the shock when you get one. You just replace the plastic stick with the shock using the same bolts!

The Trek Rail 9.8 was on loan to the channel from Trek just for that video. It’s a $10,000 bike. I plan to have more bikes on the channel for review as well. Hopefully the 2021 Rail 5 and rail 9.9

I’m 5’11” to 6’. This is a 18-19inch frame which would make it large technically and a correct fit based on most bike manufacture. I’m happy with the size. But upgrading to 29” wheels.

I think it’s personal preference. The smaller frame is more maneuverable considering the added weight on an E bike. For me I tend to go for a smaller frame And then compensate with stem length and dropper post.
