@@waterzoip Exactly this. As Zerg vs Terran you need to take them out before they get to ghosts because ghosts just destroy everything late game Zerg can produce.

@@atrozzorta9602 Yeah and also I dont evn understand the concept of widow mines. I dont understand why blizzard decided to make new units as they did: banelings that can shoot air, has range and can reload and is invisible (for ALMOST THE SAME PRICE), and disruptors are something similar as well. As a zerg main I also detest Lurkers because they are just a weird siege tank. And why is zerg the only one with 2 spellcasters that are reliant on one another? I am trying lategame zerg and I realsied that its only works when I have both casters but its too much controll for my 3000 mmr mind. I dont say that they should get nerfed but it is defenetly not a fair thing.

Tis a Dog whistle swarm host. All zergs build them when they have been mentally broken by there opponent, Bassically just says "i don't have any mental capacity left, so long as my opponent does anything i will be unable to respond in anything approaching an intelligent manner".

Honestly, it was blowing my mind too - until I learned that Clem is actually 20 years old. For comparison, Reynor is also 20 - and Serral is 24. Which means that Serral was also around 20 in 2018, when he really blew up. So now my mind is blown by how Clem looks like he's 12 despite being 20.

@@nonombre8589 IMHO it’s just boring (or even disrespectful) when players keep on struggling until their last building is destroyed. Some players like Maru are capable of almost impossible comebacks (maybe because he plays Terran) but I trust Serral to know what he’s doing.

Agreed. Zerg is on such a timer against Terran. If Terran makes it to ghosts it's gg. Clem won three games and lost one game in this series. The 3 that he won was after he got to ghosts, the one that he lost was before he made it to ghosts. If that doesn't scream crutch I don't know what does.

In all the games he won, he took a considerable advantage early on by out-playing Z with shear APM and game sense. What else would you expect from a race that also has ranged, cloaked, auto-targeting (to include air), MUCH higher damage, re-usable banelings (i.e. widOP mines)? Obviously Terran is broken.

Of course, let's not give Clem, the Terran with the highest APM in the whole fucking world, any shred of credit. You Zerg players are funny, Zergs have been winning everything for like 5 years and the second they lose you cry for imbalance. Zerg entitlement is absolutely crazy. Imagine how the Toss players feel lmao only Zest managed to win a few tourneys.

@@qcdoomqc i'm a Terran player myself and I still believe Widow Mines and Ghosts are straight up broken.

@@muhammadzinc5228 the issue lies with ling/banes. Can’t touch widow mines if ling/bane spam is left unchecked. There is a reason the only two Terrans in the world able to beat Zerg at the highest level rely on Widow mines, there is no stopping ling/bane spam without it. I don’t like that meta either but what can you do… Get rid of widow mines, halve the speed of the bane speed upgrade and maybe nerf queens just a bit so Z has to make actual units to defend so they can’t just drone to 90 and then spam you with lings and maybe we would have something. As for Ghosts, they would need to change some of the spellcasters from the other races otherwise we simply could not compete late game but I agree that ghosts being such a crutch is kind of cringe. I really don’t like the current meta and it’s why I’ve stepped away from sc2… Disruptors is also a crutch unit that I really don’t think is healthy for the meta… too big a reward for such little risk while the opponent (be it Z or T) can lose their entire army for looking away for just one second. It happens to pros, imagine how it is for us masters and diamonds…

@@GotEmAll1337 The real problem I see in the game is protoss as a whole just being a joke. You CAN outplay wido mines, but with toss it feels like there is almost a hard cap on what they can do with end game units. Every time I spell spam toss as zerg and win I feel bad because it feels like there is nothing they could have done to avoid that. Give the toss mothership a viper pull ability or something to prevent them from just dying a slow death...

Imagine being this much of an idiot. Zerg pros win against Terran like 80% of times right now, only Clem and Maru are able to make it a decent matchup. If they nerf Ghosts or mines, they need to nerf banelings. Zs are already winning 80% of TvZ by A-moving ling/banes, can you imagine without mines?

Yes that's what I think of serral as well. He's been doing that for 2 years already. There were games that he was in terrible position but still far from defeats but he tapped out. I really hate it. He believes too well that his opponent won't be making mistakes and give him a comeback.

@@whiteegger2565 true. There is certainly a skill in it, recognising when you are very far behind is far from intuitive, but it's kinda bad practice. Course, zerg is very much a "get ahead, stay ahead, win" race, unlike terran which can very happily be behind for bassically the entire match, but simply be efficient enough that they win primarily through attrition.

@@Santisima_Trinidad There's no such thing as "Zerg can't win if behind". Every race can get a comeback from one single good engagement. What if his opponent makes a mistake and throws 20 ghosts? What if a huge banelings connect? What if you did a great runby while all these happens? SC2 is a really punishing game and tapping out when you still have a chance of coming back isnt a good practice.

@@whiteegger2565 your not wrong, but zerg really needs the opponent to feck up extremely badly in order to win from behind, because it's not a race which is meant to win from behind, it's meant to win from ahead. And relying on your opponent to feck up isn't really a good idea, unless the opponent is zerg, all of whom are legally obligated to throw at least 1 maxxed out army per game into your strongest defensive position. It's still bad practice to tap out as early as serral often does, but for zerg it's more understandable because they aren't good at winning from behind, in comparison to protoss or terran.

@@Santisima_Trinidad Every game you win is because your opponent fuck up more than you do, that's the point. No one plays perfectly every time. There are plenty of games where zerg wins from behind, from serral himself as well. So I disagree. It is understandable when you tapped out in an unwinnable situation, but serral does it too early too many times and it doesn't matter his race. Rogue doesn't do it, dark doesn't, reynor doesn't. It's a bad practice.
