I was REALLY tempted to, but I might just go for Space Ishtar instead. their banners have a bit of overlap last I checked, so if by some miracle I get NP2 Space Ishtar easily then I will definitely try for Muramasa
Looking to NP5 my Spishtar (currently @ NP3) so gonna pass on him. That might change if I get her quickly but the only looping saber I'm aiming for in 2023 is Summer Okitan Saber.
No, don't like him enough to spend SQ for him on NA when I have him on JP. And I can basically guarantee that someone on my friends list will NP5 him or at least get a copy. And I'd rather save for Melusine and Percival. Loli Dragon is strong and cute, and Percival is cool
I've been saving for Muramasa as my primary Arts looper alongside Musashi. The thing that really sells it for me is that his kit has a great offensive utility slant to it, between ignore Def/Invuln, powerful crit package, and the Flame facecard buff. That sets him apart from the other options for me. Plus you're going to listen to your loopers NP a LOT, and the Emiya theme remix plus Noriaki Sugiyama's voicework is EX-tier listening.
I feel like that Ignore Defence of his NP is white underrated. That said the Omni Pierce Muramasa has with Ignore Defense and Invulnerability Pierce does remind me of Servants like the Dioscuri and Kiara AE to name a few. I am an Omni Pierce enjoyer so I will be simping for Muramasa If I fail to heat him, then their is always Spishtar
Ibuki's np also has the ignore def buffs (evade, invincible etc.) And then the buster resist debuff which do monster damage with ibuki's follow up buster cards with the 2nd skill takes it to 100 crit.
I have always admired Emiya, and Emiya faces, as a character. He plays the ultimate game of man vs self, gets broken down and rebuilt. The only other sabers I would consider are Astolfo and Roland just because they look like a ton of chaotic fun!
I wish Nasu released Shirou variations from the bad ends. Fate Ace Royal said that the classes suited for Emiya is Archer, Berserker, Assassin and Caster.
I want him, but my box is already sufficient in terms of arts looping ability with an NP2 Spishtar. I likely won't be hard committing to him because I imagine getting the most out of him would require at least NP2, and I'm not gonna have the SQ to spend that much on him especially knowing what else comes down the line in 2023. I have so many buster looping servants ready to get to work, so it's save for the Koyan system or bust for me next year.
I dont have Castoria myself, but when i did this summer event and used Castoria support and Blavatsky alongside Muramasa, HOO BOY he made farming easy Until this point id just been using double Skadi + Waver + Zerkerlot, and as much as i like that setup its sooooo boring to boot the game up and just do that over and over. Now ive got options!
I was surprised FGO still loves me since I've been really focusing on Nikke. I somehow managed to pull NP2 Muramasa with just one KitaSean ritual. I technically didn't have to touch my Koyanskya savings. Couldn't pull Modernia on my own though. I had to use 200 gold millage tickets.
If I save my SQ then I will be able to get Koyanlight and Oberon, even if I have to pity and I already have Saber Artoria. So as much as I want Muramasa, I'm not sure I can justify rolling for him right now. Also I know I'll be rolling on Charlemagne's banner because Kriemhild will be on it. Having a lot of trouble coming to a decision on this one so if anyone wants to talk me into rolling/not rolling for him, feel free.
I’m in the same boat. I have 2100 quartz and 35 tickets saved to guarantee koyan, Oberon, and np2 melusine by her second banner. Definitely prefer that over muramasa. Switch out np2 melusine with np2 Morgan if she’s more to your liking.
I have him NP5 in JP and also planning to get NP5 on NA. True he is a solid arts looper and could also be used for CQs and boss fights, plus his NP chant is really cool I don't mind hearing it like 20x per day, but saying he is "The Best Saber in the ENTIRE GAME", that I'm not so sure.
@@brovinmeka8824 Ibuki saber is better since she uses a superior card type ie buster. Buster deals more damage, doesnt care about refund when looping. Ibuki also ignores defense and invincible. Basically, ibuki pulls ahead because she is a buster servant and buster looping is superior to arts looping.
Its so hard man. Unless you open wallet-kun to have insta sq's. Would need next level restraint to just stick with one servant as your main looper. My main account already got np4 melt lancer as an arts looper. And I like having ibuki too. But legit no castoria and I really need one 🥲 so I will try my luck on her gssr banner. I have one castoria off the supports but having 2 is hot damn. Now my alt account got a castoria and np1 spishtar. But that's the issue, I wished those two was in my main account 😭 And now there is muramasa which is baiting me lol. Spishtar on January too.
Yes, coz both give good general buffs for crit dmg. If you dont have castoria, consider leveling up paracelsis, you can use him + caster Gil + castoria to allow muramasa to loop. Dmg will be lower than castoria but it will loop no prob,
I mean... paracelsus and even asclepius would be better supports than caesar for him... or bride/tamamo than da20... >< oh right, da20 ruler is good tho
Honestly, I am passing on him. Nothing against him (although he still sits as an antagonist right now), but I’m good for arts looping. There are situations where NP5 Lancer Melt won’t be able to handle, but I’ll take those as they come. Muramasa is a cool servant since Shirou himself is cool. And he’ll do great work for people. But nothing is cutting into my Melusine fund right now.
Have him on JP and no you don't get by on np1 or np2 have him np4 and he hits like a wet noddle, If you have Artoria even at np1 it will take np5 Senji Muramasa to beat her. This year is the worst for F2P players and if you can... SAVE every quartz because you will need it.
l will never understand why people love shiroe. Game play wise, l think muramasa is neat but damn the skin is shiroe lol. Thats why l cant roll for him.
