7:45 It's more than okay skill. 30% for low star is already outstanding. If I remember correctly low stars have 20% targeted battery in best case scenario. And she have 30. And on top of it targeted buff removal resistance. It's a very rare and strong effect (although a niche one). And it's one of the reasons why nightingale santa was so desired for example. So I think her 3rd skill is great too
30% np battery for a low star like her is insane. With append skill and 50% charge CE, dps/aoe without battery skill can now fire NP immediately thanks to the remaining 30% charge from her.
She is permanent, you can get it on FP gacha later. I also want to get her but i have to skip on Arc because i want to all out on Douman, and hoping to NP5 Xu Fu there even if Asclepius will be on rate up
Cute design and voice , amazing as a support and fun to use in solos , her being permanent is the cherry on the top. Honestly I can see her becoming a fan-favourite of a lot of people
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Xu Fu is the only low star with a targettable 30% NP charge Others have only 10% to 20% so she already far surpasses other F2P supports in that aspect + her other highly useful skills
Andersen also has 30% but not immediate so you have to wait for 3 turns which isn't really too bad of a tradeoff unless the enemy is nearing their NP Santa Martha is also limited so most new players might miss out on her depending on when they started if Xu Fu really is getting added to the FP banner, she could potentially be the true budget Castoria for newbies
I'm still rather perplexed they gave her an arts buff skill when both of the Yu Mei Ren's use buster and quick respectively, especially when her kit seems to support getting stars and doing crit damage. I feel like giving a tricolor buff with the same percentages would have been more suitable, though i guess that might have made the skill too busted for a f2p support.
She's great. The only thing that makes me sad is that Miyu got more competition ;-; Hoping someone makes her 1st skill targetable Besides this, I'm happy to have her in the "paisen simp team" with me. And she's adorable too! ^~^
Poor Xu Fu, she did it again. She worked so hard putting something together to support her oshi. And she got really far with it too. Her skills are impressive. But she overlooked one small thing. Yu Mei is quick/buster, not arts. It's a good thing she's so cute.
Somehow you forgot a certain realization that lasted a full year: Stage 2 Xu Fu was originally the base design of Space Xu Fu from Battle in New York 2022 in JP (meaning we'll see this Ascension state again next year in NA), all because of its spacy design.

The way I see it xu fu's kit is isn't bad at all but it is strange 1st kill partwide np gain a heal and a debuff clear, second skill crit up, party wide arts up extra damage to demonic enemies and crit chance down for enemies anad the 3rd skill target able np gauge up buff removal resist and 2 extra effects for a yu Mei Ren ally those being np strength and extra np, the only weird part is her np a 1 turn 5k heal at np5 with fixed 20 crit stars for 5 turns along with a 1k heal for 5 turns too, if you can stack that then you got an almost immortal crit machine
The 30% battery can really make wonders happen on a tight budget. With the arts up, np gain, battery, potential mana loading and a 50% CE we're quickly reaching into Arts looping territory. If you're a new account or super f2p, just adding a support Castoria should get you where you need to be and maybe even allow CE flexibility. Heals and stars too, since Castoria doesn't bring those.
I have Np5 Summer Musashi but no Castoria and it makes me really sad but now I feel happy with Xu Fu's arrival. She allowed me to finally use Musashi in a less button setup and also allowing her to run black grail which I couldn't do before when I was using Paracelsus + Castoria. I instantly grailed her for her 2nd ascension drip and cuteness + the budget castoria that I needed for all these years. So happy with her 😊
I'm kinda glad I pulled a bunch of copies of Xu Fu, since she's really good at support and everything. I don't really have a lot on the JP server, so she'll be my support for a while for sure.
The only thing I wish I could change about her kit is that she buffs Arts while both Yus are Buster & Quick. Doesn't really make sense imo unless we're getting a 5-star Arts Yu Meiren or something along those lines sometime soon.
I think they did that on purpose because lorewise Xu simp for Yu but they're incompatible Not that it affect much anyway since Yu only miss out on the art buff but still benefit from np gain, crit and np dmg. Buff removal resist also help in case Yu's 2nd skill is on cooldown
Nope; Bride still is superior to Xu Fu in terms of cumulative damage increase as Xu Fu's damage steroid is oversaturated within the DCS system. That being said, Bride is an SSR so Xu Fu does have the advantage of lowering party cost.
I have seen people point this out in other places. And someone might have already said this here. But I think it's funny that Xu-Fu is an Arts support while none of the Consort Yu servants is Arts
No way ur saying a 30% battery that gives 100% buff removal resist is not that good when Santa nightingale has the same buff but without charge and everyone thinks she’s an A tier servant because of it.
I was mostly saying it based off of all the skills in the game which on hindsight was a bit unfair I suppose since she is a 3 star. So in that sense yeah it's very good.
honestly, comparing her to arcuied gameplay wise would be incorrect because arcuied is more of dps buster servant but she still has little synergy with good and living human characters. Just look at any dps servant like arjuna alter, their skill can be very powerful but overall they never has many effects on it if it is oriented on themselves. and i don't understand why you even want more effects on a skill instead of having powerful effects. but i still going to say that if they actually make her little more lore accurate, she would be even better servant like having offensive advantage of 1.5x or 2.0x (2.0x would be broken. so i think 1.5x would be appropriate) against everyone. btw i think you underestimate how much cute arcuied could be.
I didnt mean it in a comparison way at all, that would make 0 sense. I meant it that I am much more interested in using her than Arcueid in general for their own roles.
@@amari7782 What are talking about her 3rd Skill is for Senpai where she gives additional NP charge and Np damage boost for Paisen and Xu Fu can still function as a Support Servant of her own where she's able to create a lot of stars and can give strong Np gain arts boosts too.
@@amari7782 So? Both Senpai still has an Arts Card so she can gain back her NP back if hit and Xu Fu still gives Crit and NP gain buffs where Both Senpai has strong gain.
