I could cry while listening to this song. This song is so emotional, so sad yet so moving at the same time. It's like the song is telling that i can stay and wander around, but at some point i have to leave and move on.
Something about music, one of the reasons we like pieces like this so much is because it's so close to the tones and pitches the human voice uses. So you can imagine people singing this as well. It works for many songs. It's basically people singing except with instruments. Final fantasy does this constantly. Just part of its beauty, that's all.
FFX has a lot of iconic songs, but something about this song just hits me right in the gut. One of my favorite video game songs of all time. Thanks for the extended cut!
Fun fact: the true reason why this video over 4 hours long is because the average "total time to successfully steal 7 times each from two Ronsos" is 4 hours
Lol it really is a struggle during that battle! I loved how they scaled the battle to Kimahri's level and abilities. So smart for people who didn't utilize him at all during gameplay.
The whole soundtrack is solid. I listen to this song, Macalania Woods, Besaid, A Fleeting Dream, and Assault most though. Have you heard the Smooth McGroove version of A Fleeting Dream? Super solid version of the song.
It truly is a song designed for anything. Jamming out, studying, meditating, etc. I personally use it for studying mostly but listen to it in my free time as well. Glad you enjoy it!
Parts of this song were chopped up and sent into the snowy mountain level of FFXVI. That's what brought me here. Anyone know of similar choppings? I caught the jungle level in FFXVI to a forest in FFXIII, but didn't get any other 'Easter eggs' as far as this goes.
@kazuya31 Thank you for understanding that. I don't even qualify for adsense, and they brutalize my videos with ads when my content is designed for long-term, uninterrupted listening, AND I don't even get a portion of the ad money. It is complete garbage.
