Okay Im assuming you are talking about 18:52, where H1 & S are pushed up and the RS is passing. The setter only needs to be behind H1 and to the right of M1 (the libero) so the RS is free to drop back to pass, however the RS must be slightly in front of H2 and to the left of M2. Essentially players are restricted only by the players directly to the left or right or directly in front or behind. Hopefully this makes sense
