I have same crane, problem is trolly is working but hoist doesn't,even there is no light in hoist alarm display,my hoist card faulty ,what is its solution,. CAN I RUN DIRECTLY WITH FORWARD/REVERSE STARTER WITH BRAKE SUPPLY..

Low quality by Demag. The electrical parts have a very short lifetime. Mine is dc pro 25. The old lowering and lifting contactor had broken. I replaced with new one while the contactor was really hard to find. The contacgor worked perfectly but there's rattling sound and the lowering doesn't work. The warning 7 and error 2 shown.. i checked the manual. Still doesn't know what went wrong. Do you mind helping?
