Service Discovery with Consul and Load Balancer Fabio 

This demonstration is for the service discovery using Consul.
1. A consul server runs in separate VM
2. Fabio runs on separate VM together with consul client that communicates with consul server
3. User service runs on separate VM together with consul client that communicates with consul server
4. Storage service runs on separate VM together with consul client that communicates with consul server
5. gateway runs on separate vm that communicates with fabio to send request to user service and storage service.
