2017 Yukon..85K miles. What are the odds that both left and right vibrators would fail? It seems unlikely? Which means it might be more expensive fix?

Had that same thing happen to mine, such a bad design for the wires position. I hot glued the area where my wire broke to keep it from moving out and breaking in that spot again.

Did you unbolt the seat to get to this? You have way more room to move around than I do.

So you have to use a scanner to clear it. Why does it say dismiss if you can't?

Would this throw a check engine light?

I replaced mine because the wire was broken. The error message is gone, but it doesn’t vibrate. Thoughts?

Same problem with my 2021 Tahoe. And the cruise control isn't working too.

Bi directional scanners can actuate them.

That hole is not the proper location, the sensor is located underneath the seat padding that you have to partially remove to get to it on the left side. Should really just take it to a professional to not risk damaging the seat itself
