Commonly known as Old Hundredth from the Genevan Psalter (the tune used here was originally Psalm 134 in the GS, but is pretty much only associated with the 100th Psalm now). Ralph Vaughan Williams wrote an especially beautiful arrangement of it, fittingly, for the coronation of the Queen in 1953. It has been played at many commemorations for her during her reign; should be easy to find here on RU-vid.
