For what it worth...if you don't see the option to "Create Service Report" on the Service Appointment screen in the mobile app and you have configured everything according to this video...check to make sure you have the "Service Reports" related list on the Service Agreement Page layout. It isn't mentioned anywhere but the mobil app will not provide the action on the service appointment screen if the related list isn't present. 🤦♂
On Service Appointment i have added Service Report to the related list, but still Create service report is not showing on the mobile..can anyone pls help me to fix this
I am not able to see the "Create service report" in the actions on my FSL mobile app. Or any action for that matter on service appointment page. Any idea how to fix that?
@@8Caludia Hi, I was able to resolve this. Basically you have to go to page layout for service appointment, add the action " create service report " in classic publisher. Then it shows on the app. Before his, there are some additional steps you have to follow. Please refer this article.
