hey pri ,I'm unable to create a new incident record .even after typing caller name and assignment group it's showing The following mandatory fields are not filled in .The search button beside caller isnt working too .Can you please help me with this.
Hey 👋 Check other mandatory fields in your incident form, i think in general caller name and short description are two fields which remain as mandatory🤓
How to make that if, for example, you choose Netflix 19:10 and additional field appears that wasn't visible before, named.. "Video/Game" with a dropdown choices Video, Game. ?
@@techwithpri Let us say that in the Incident table when a user selects Monitor from the Subcategory field, then additional field appears with dropdown choices of the brands of the monitor. But If I don't select Monitor from Subcategory, the additional field isn't visible.
