Hey 👋 Just go to sys_user table, open your name and there you can see groups tab as well as roles tab 🤓

Hey 👋 Well if you apply ITIL role in a group, then all of the users from the group will have the ITIL role, now if 3 people from the group is leaving the project or going in different department in that case you can just remove those person from the group and that would solve the problem. Otherwise you have open 3 users individually to remove the access 🥳
