Hi there i am silent fan here Just to share if you cooked your own bagoong it would be sauted in a long time and low heat once you put everything. Plenty of vinegar and sugar and add oil. Also try to drain some of the salt of the alamang. Drain mo quickly into running water so not all the salt will drain. I got to cook a lot of times until i got the exact mixtures of pampangas best. Add also pork cubes. Just sharing guys. Thank you and God bless you always.
Devin is precious 😭 He doesn't complain and seems like a very hard worker and looks like he really listens to his boss. Eve also feels like she has no ego or aggressive energy at all too that you mostly see in younger people working. They look like really cool people!

Nice vlog Kuya Bogs :) Try niyo po siguro mag suot ng Dri-fit shirts and nylon boxers and board shorts or nylon pants ( Under Armour) plus crocs para maginhawa pakiramdam sa staff. Plus microfiber towel pang punas ng pawis. Trucker cap or dri-fit hats. Siguro uniform nila. Light colored. Lagay din kayo maliit na circular ventillation fan gaya ng vornado fan. Then lagyan niyo ng cover yung wind shield sa loob at labas para bawas pasok ng init. Gawa kayo merch ng Dri-fit shirts and Bogs apron ;)

Good job Bogs! My wife cook bagoong and it's really fantastic! Simply suaté alamang ng garlic and some onion then in 1kl bagoong alamang, boil the suatéd alamang with 1 liter of Coke (regular) until it dried up to your desired smoothness. 100% pure satisfaction... The best yan!

Sir, ipapaksiw nyo po muna ung raw bagoong, pakuluan nyo po muna sa suka at low heat until it dries. Ang dami po ng suka ay sapat lang na level lang sa dami ng bagoong, just enough to cover it. After po mapakuluan sa suka, then pwede na po igisa sa bawang(ung ibang region gumagamit ng sibuyas at kamatis) using pork fat. Season TO TASTE(salt, pepper, sugar)Basta using medium heat lng po, i-simmer until maging almost brown po ang kulay.

Tip, pigain mo ung bagoong alamang na sariwa ( wag masyadong piga baka matuyo wala ng lasa), gisa mo sa bawang ,sibuyas ,kamatis ,labuyo, hanggang sa dumikit at medyo masunog sunog ng konti pero kukuskusin mo un dahil masarap un, tapos lagyan mo ng brown sugar ayon sa lasa mo hanggang sa matunaw ang asukal , lagyan mo ng suka, tapos konting tubig at atsuete(annato seed) ayos na masarap na pang kare-kare.

Bogs i saw the father of Heart Evangelista , the owner of Barrio Fiesta cooks bagoong with his daughters . Hw cooked alamang first with much vinegar for a long time on low heat and add some more ingredients after.
