I just purchased a sixtyfour, and want to get straight to the servo upgrades. I've tried to follow your videos and see I will need to step by step any purchases. What would you suggest for the servos upgrade all around. I will get the dual servo setup as well. Thanks for your advice and videos.
Have you used the castle creation BEC programmer? I downloaded the link and my BEC was set at 6.0v from the package and I turned it all the way to 8.0v and she really bangs now. Do you think 8.0v is to much? I haven’t had any problems and the servos are not getting hot.
Yes, it's needed to get voltage up to 8.4v. It's okay to run as high a voltage as lowest voltage servo will allow. To run 8.4v make sure all servo are rated 8.4v and you safe
Hey I just did the duel servo mod and I used a GX servo from aliexpress it’s rated at .04 sec and 28kg on 8.4v and it bangs and was only 46 bucks. Next to the reefs can’t tell a difference which I’m sure it is but I’m almost banging bumper without weight
The box says GXservo X25 25kg operating seed 6v .06 22kg. 7.4v .05 25kg. 8.4 .045 28kg. It’s brushless and was like 38 bucks 46 with a servo horn on aliexpress website. I would send a pic but I don’t know if I can on here. I haven’t tested it like you against the reefs but on the 64 I can’t see any difference between the two. For the price you can’t beat it. If this one holds up and doesn’t burn out I’m going to order four more for my Monte. I can send a pic with my phone if you want
@@Jasonkartracing This is hard for me as I've put in over 2k on servo that ain't really live up to they specs. I run 8.4v n see no reason not too if they rated for it. I've though a few out do Reefs 300 but they lacked ups on the hop. I could really use some experience on how they really compare. I'd like snag one up n test it but the servo test videos not getting much attention and killing my pockets

The reefs hit 310 on both tests because it's more efficient and therefore a better servo... But I'm still a nsdrc fan over reefs , 3brc g14 over them all 💪
