*correction 00:48: you don't need to be a trained chef. It helps, but it's not necessary. The beautiful thing about utilizing the content here on our RU-vid channel is it's self-pace vs. sitting in a classroom for a long period of time. We've helped a lot of people from all over the country study and prepare them to take their test. A typical classroom and test setting will set you back $150, but I charge less than $100 to proctor the test + testing materials. The test is also two hours, most finish in 90-minutes. Ask questions below and I will be happy to respond back with an answer promptly.
