I passed my ServSafe Manager exam today with a score of 90%, thank you so much. As a spanish speaker and learner of the English Language, I thank you for using good vocabulary and speaking clearly. I didn't have any problems understanding all the videos, thank you very much again.
The sad part about an inspection in the industry is that the inspectors are underpaid, and overworked!…. They are not the monsters they appear to be!…. They will allow some major infractions to slide!…. They are not monsters that wish for an entire restaurant’s staff to lose their jobs!…. If you honestly wish to see how safe a restaurant is?…. Quietly sneak a peek into the door of the kitchen!…. If you feel it’s disgusting?…. It is!…. The staff will quietly let you know that you are not allowed back there!…. You won’t get arrested!…. If it looks gross?…. The entire kitchen is gross!…. And you are just asking for a food born illness!…. 🦉
