I think if you want to learn the food service how to serve this going to take you 15 days everyday 4hrs class that's going to make you level one or two guy that who can enter into a restaurant and start working not even starting his own business to start working at a restaurant I think you need that much experience in my opinion

My supervisor and I have a question, for the re-heating, the temp has to reach 165 within 2 hrs? Also, after its reheated to the correct temp., how long can it be in hot holdling? Is it 4 more hours? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
