Wolfgang the seal won't quit barking, and Mr. Handford explains to Big Bird and Telly that it's because Hooper's Store ran out of fish the previous day. Big Bird offers to go fishing and catch some of Wolfgang's favorite food, while it's Telly's and Mr. Handford's job to keep the noisy animal quiet.
