Of course. Here are the measurements: 1 block of extra firm tofu, which are cut up into chunks. Seasonings: 3 tbsp of peanut butter (melted - I usually melt in the microwave) I use about 1 tsp of each: garlic powder, chili powder, ginger powder or fresh ginger grated, 1 fresh lemon squeeze for the juice, 2 tsp of low sodium soy sauce and sesame oil. First add a little bit of olive oil to the pan and saute the tofu until it gets a little crispy and brown. While that is in the pan, add your broccoli to a pan with water and blanch it for a couple of minutes, when that is a little soft add it to the pan with the tofu. In another pan add your mixed ingredients and heat up for a couple of seconds (make sure the peanut butter is milky), after your tofu is almost brown and a little crispy along with the broccoli then take your sauce and pour it into your pan, stir for a couple of minutes, to which you can then add your sesame seeds as a topping and I also added my green onions as a topping and your ready to enjoy.
