Decided after a lot of thought to no longer go to bookies. I love to play the slots but all these new rules where they ask you personal details like where you get your money from is too much. I want to be able to go into a shop spend as much time there and not be asked a lot of questions. What’s made me angry is the fact they allow you to lose £100s then ask for proof of income! Great video as always will have to get my fix watching your videos.

I have not seen this, are bookies now asking questions before they pay out? what are the new rules? is it just on winning or what you put in?

@@BigDoggyDog as far as I know the hey are asking you to prove your ability to afford to gamble when you have either lost a certain amount or spent a certain amount of time gambling.it’s being called affordability checks. I know a few people it’s happened too. I don’t like the idea of them letting you lose your money then asking you to prove where it came from before you can continue to play.

Hi @@BigDoggyDog. Not all of them asking questions, happened to my few times, it is all about the amounts you spending or winning. If I spend more than £400 on my card to put on the machine they will start asking questions in my Coral. If I managed to win money quickly they sometimes have to call to head office which is a Joke. Just to make your life more difficult....
