In celebration of women's month, session road was closed to motorized vehicles. A chalk art competition was held at the lower part of session road with the theme "Kababaihan para sa Kalikasan", which focuses on the role of women in the environment.
Also, an ecological waste management and sustainability fair was conducted which includes selling products from recycled materials, re-purposed materials, household and book items exchange and seed exchange & composting.
The activity was led by the City Government of Baguio in partnership with Environment Management Bureau and Zero Waste Baguio Inc. with an aim of raising awareness on promoting sustainable and eco-friendly practices to protect the city's environment.
