Cody Jinks, Courtney Patton, and Deryl Dodd got together on Luckenbach's outdoor stage, this sunny Sunday afternoon for a "Song Swap".I had never attended one of these types of performances, but let me tell you, November 2nd, 2014 was a day to remember! The night before, Cody and Deryl both played in the Dance Hall "full Band". A great night was had by all, (Deryl a little more than the rest I think).The humorous interaction between the performers on stage, and the audience was perfect. Great singing and guitar playing, by all 3. I already love everything Cody does, but found 2 other GREAT musicians on this outing. Only thing missing this day was Mr,.Jason Eady!

First time I heard this song after getting turned on to #codyjinks from Facebook...I was sober at work and felt tears roll down my face....this is real country music... every time I see a country award show or turn on the radio I'm asking #whosgonnafilltheirshoes and what the fuck happened to real country music...what's this skinny jeans fireball whiskey shit??? My Bestfriend name is David and every Time that I hear this song it makes me think of him. Like I am sitting outside buzzed and listing to your music you move me Cody jinks. Just throwing this out there....these are the guys writing songs for Nashville prodces it to candy pop crap country... because in Nashville the artist doesn't make the record the corporate label producer does....this is how a top 40 country song really sounds before Nashville buys it and ruins it the artist I respect but Nashville is making me lose hope for country music
