Love this version of this song ! God delivered me from years of drug use. I was lost like crazy and prayed to god and just asked for help. The lord lead me to a small church and one prayer changed my entire life. JESUS is real. Healing is real. Jesus really know are heart and really does love us ! i was a drug dealer and a addict on the edge really give up my life and god healed me and and i am saved. SET A FIRE ! JESUS !

Jesus is a deliverer!!! HE set me free from a 14 year meth addiction!! when I couldnt get free on my own He saved me!!! I called on His name and He did what He promised He would... For whosever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved!!! No matter what the issue is Call on the name of Jesus Christ! if He did it for me He will do it for you!!!

I listened to this everyday on my way to work. Is amazing what it does to my spirit.

Throughout my life, I have had awful things happen. Before I was born, my parents split up. I had grown up in a broken home, going back and forth. I had two families, two houses, two beds, and two completely different versions of myself. Honestly, I was truly never myself around either. Growing up I had learned to live with it. Going to school, my father randomly picking me up, constant work on the weekends. But through it all, God was by my side. And to me, that was all that truly mattered. But through this past year, I was forced to grow up. At first it was as simple as a follow request, then the wanting of photos, then a police report. But even through then, God was with me. But then not too long ago, something awful happened. I had not told anyone, and was scared to. Scared to be labeled, scared that people would look at me differently. Throughout that period of time I became distant from God, and felt completely alone. I went through sever depression, and thoughts of suicide. I didn't get out of my bed for three days, and blocked out everyone that cared about me. Eventually I got better, but I was still distant from God. A few minutes ago I was just like this, then as I was writing a story I had an urge to hear this song. In the middle of my a paragraph I started to brake down and cry. I didn't know why, but soon after I found myself singing the lyrics to this song. I prayed, and felt a connection with God that I hadn't felt in a very long time. I just want to say thank you so much for posting this, truly I am now blessed by the presence of the holy spirit as I listen to the words of this song. God has so much to do in my life and in yours, just give him the option to. God bless you, as he did me.

Today at the school I go to, they sang this song. People were coming up to pray while they sang. I just decided to look up the song, its been stuck in my head all day.

Watching from Florida. This song will be in our worship Sunday where I play guitar. I'm old school (70 years old), so this contemporary worship style is something I'm not accustomed to. I prefer the older songs quite naturally considering my age, that have deep theological content woven into the lyrics but I am also blessed that today's culture finds their worship through music like this. God only cares that we do worship and worship we do, in many different ways and styles around the world. God is good all the time.

I woke up this morning and I couldn’t stop singing this song. Wow, 2020 has been so turbulent for me on a personal level in so many ways but my faith in Jesus is made stronger through my trials and tribulations. Don’t give up up hope. Trust Jesus through the pain and through the process. His ways are higher than our ways and his timing is absolutely perfect. Jesus is on time every time. With God, ALL things are possible. I hope you all find peace in knowing Jesus Christ our Lord!

I started drinking and doing drugs when I was 14 and struggled on off with addiction to alcohol several drugs several other sins. I was walking in the dark it was awful. I finally got tired and surrendered my life to God, and gave him complete control a year ago. He’s been building my life back up into something much more Beautiful then I could ever imagine. Gods so Great. Life’s so much Better with God in control. 🙌♥️

I have this struggle inside of me, I always have this in my mind, that its unfair that we will always follow what God want us to do, something that this life of mine is useless because i cant do what i wanted to do... but then i realized that this is my flesh that is against of God and my spirit is still fighting for my soul to believe in Him, that i was meant for God, i was born to serve Him and there is only genuine love that i could have and that is God's love.
