I love my kindle! The older I get, I find the kindle is so much easier on my eyes. I do miss physical books, but I do read more now with the kindle because of the less strain on my eyes. I found so many new authors because of kindle unlimited. I hope you enjoy it as well.
If you like mystery/crime thrillers I love the Austin Thomas series by D. D. Black. There are 7 books in the series and the 8th is to be released soon. They take place in the pacific north west. Also I really enjoyed the Echo of Old Books by Barbara Davis.
@@giddingsa75 I don't typically read thrillers, but that series looks really interesting. I can definitely say that the Echo of Old Books sounds like my kind of book! Thank you so much for the recommendations!
I gave into the hype of having a clear case for my Kindle and was able to find one with little grips on the side. I do use a popsocket though will probably switch to a Mag Safe one because those are able to be changed out and hold better. With Kindle Unlimited, it can be confusing there is usually an icon that says it's Kindle Unlimited. Sometimes a whole series is available on KU and sometimes it's just a sporadic amount. You're able to borrow up to 20 at a time and some of them do have the option to listen for free.
hi! i think it looks weird in the corners because the clear case adds to it. i have seen people only use the strapsicle because in case of a drop, the corners and protected and so are the fronts and sides unless on uneven ground. hope this helped even a little :')
You need to check out Freida McFadden. She is a great author. I'm reading one by one and its excellent. The inmate is also excellent. Eyeshot by Taylor Adams is also a good read.
My understanding is that you can download a font to your computer, plug your Kindle into the computer (shows up like an external hard drive), and then move the font over from your computer to your Kindle.
This didn’t work for me. Tried a couple of times and they were insistent that they are unable to do that even though clearly they are. I ended up biting the bullet and paying. It’s my perception they are cracking down on this now.
