I signed up but it doesn't allow me to download the desktop apps needed for development. I need Word, Excel and I'd like Outlook all for development. I see no indication of licensing in the admin center.
Great tips Bob, it got me most of the way setup. But I'm still being told that my "trial environment will expire in 16 days" on PowerApps. Not sure if that means NEW environments I setup will not expire but I will have to find out in 16 days. Do you know why it's still saying trial even though I'm on my tenant and a paid O365 E5 account?
hi there... Thanks for the video I was wondering about a video to create a tenant with E5 and I came across to your video though my question is nit exactly related to video but still... Well, I tried to create a tenant for my test purpose but after creation, I got to know it was missing some very basic though important Apps such as it did not contain PowerApps and SharePoint. I do some stuff around these two mostly so I really need these.. could you confirm if Microsoft actually removed these/or other apps from free E5... In the past they were there when I created my first test tenant I got all most all Apps. One more thing could you kindly tell me the process of the renewal of the subscription/ Licence mean increasing the limit for using it free for the next three months and so on? Is it possible to extend it for one year?
Hi Bob. Thanks for the presentation. I am having difficulty accessing the E5 developer sandbox I created recently. The error message reads "your sign-in was successful but you don't have permissions to access this resource". Any thoughts?
as long as you use the tenant for developer areas, it will automatically renew in 90 days. We have instrumentation in place to understand the usage patters and to validate that the tenant is actually used for developer purposes.
