It is fair to say that so far in my running career, I have already had quite a few setbacks. That being said, I never fail to come back stronger. Something in my brain just won’t let me not.
Whilst setbacks don’t seem positive or ideal at the time, they actually open up a pathway for us to become even better versions of ourselves.
