Looks like it’s made in around mid to late 1850’s since the movement is different from my 1845 Seth Thomas Ogee clock’s movement which has only has 9 gears!

I mean it’s chiming on the wrong hour, with some clocks you can just take off the hands and re adjust the hour hand. But I would be careful not all clocks can!
