اپ کی آخری بات بہت زبردست ھے کہ ماضی بھول جانے والے مستقبل کی تعمیر نہیں کر سکتے ۔ یہ وہ بات ھے جو قائد اعظم نے اس طرح کہی تھی کہ جو قومیں اپنے ماضی کی غلطیوں سے کچھ نہیں سکھتی وہ تباہ ھو جاتئ ھیں۔ اور بہترین مستقبل کے لیے ماضی سے تعلق رکھنا ضروری ھے اور سیکھنا بھی۔ زندگی کی چال بہت ظلم ھے مگر اس چال سے اس سبق سیکھنے والے کامیاب رہتے ھیں۔

بہت زیادہ بھول بھلیوں کے ساتھ خوبصورت گھر اور خوش گوار حیرت انگیز بات یہ ہے کہ اپنی اصلی حالت میں موجود ہے اس سے یہ تو ثابت ہوا کہ توجہ دیں تو ورثہ محفوظ رکھا جا سکتا ہے لیکن اس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ بہت زیادہ دل سے بنایا گیاہے بےحد خوبصورت گھر۔پتہ نہیں کس قدر دکھی دل سے خالی کیاھوگا اللّہ پاک آپ کو صحت و تندرستی عطا فرمائے بہت خوب صورت وی لاگ ماشاءاللہ ۔کیا ھی اچھا ھوتا جو ان گھروں کے مالک تھے ان کے وارثوں سے بھی تعارف ھو جاتا
بہت شکریہ آپ کا۔ اب وارثوں کا اس عمارت سے کوئی تعلق نہیں رہ گیا کیونکہ وہ لوگ اسے بیچ چکے ہیں۔ تمام سیٹھی اب بھی اسی محلے میں رہتے ہیں لیکن میڈیا پر آنا پسند نہیں کرتے۔ ویسے بھی اس عمارت کا قبضہ اب حکومت کے پاس ہے۔ اگر ممکن ہوتا تو اس کے مالکوں سے ضرور آپ کی ملاقات کراتا۔ معذرت۔ خوش رہیں، سلامت رہیں۔
ھوا۔ پانی اور روشنی کو ہر جگہ تک پہچانے کا بڑا معقول انتظام ھے یہ چیز دوسری دفع دیکھ رھا ھوں یہ چیز انگریزی دور کی تعمیرات میں معدوم ہوگیا اس میں ایک چیز اور بھی ھے کے باوجود آواز کو ہر جگہ جانے سے روکا گیا ھے مگر ہندو تعمیرات میں یہ باریکی مجھے نہیں ملی جیسے ٹھٹہ سندھ میں آواز ہر جگہ پہنچانے کا انتظام کیا گیا ھے
بے شک یہ عمارت ایک عجوبہ ہے اور اسے بنانے والوں نے بہت باریکی کے ساتھ اس کی منصوبہ بندی کی۔ آپ نے ٹھٹھہ کا حوالہ دیا، وہاں یہ بات شاہ جہاں مسجد میں ہے کیونکہ یہ ضرورت تھی ورنہ مغلیہ محلات میں ایسا کچھ نہیں۔ وی لاگ دیکھنے، پسند کرنے اور تبصرے کا بہت شکریہ۔

Really, we should be truly grateful for your efforts and more so for sharing it with housebound people like me who can only time travel with narratives such as yours. Truly thankful. If I may, I would just like😊 to share a bit of information for the benefit of those who might be interested, about the Sethis. They are basically Sindhi Hindus belonging to the Vaishya jati, i.e. traders, manufacturers, producers and business people. They were the wealthy people who paid taxes ('Lagan' & 'Kerr' in Sanskrit) to the rajas and Maharaja's. They built spacious havelis of striking architecture, marked by special features such as buildings built around a square courtyard with a fountain at its centre. The front building housed the main functional section with the head of the family's 'baithak', 'paryalochan kaksh' (meeting /discussion chamber) and "maalkhana'. The section at the back side of the courtyard was for the women and ond only male family members had access to it. The front section also had a grand Mandir dedicated to the clan deity. Strangely, the Mandir was missing in the 'Sethi House' tour. The carving on doors, the kashigari (kaanchi kala) on the ceiling is reminiscent of the craft of Sindh and Rajasthan and quite different from the Moghul kashigari imported from Shiraz in Iran.
