What's funny at the end fight is it the Rell's fault for pulling Sett right to their teammates while he had a fully charged W and dealt heavy damage to their own ally. In other words, Rell's ult caused friendly fire.

Sett technically reaches higher attackspeed than Bel'veth for his second punch. Whatever his current visible AS is, multiply it by 8 times. That's the speed of the second punch. It also comes out that much faster to compensate. Without breaking cap with Lethal Tempo or Hail of Blades, his second punch can hit at most 20 attacks per second worth of attackspeed as it naturally ignores the cap for this calculation, based on the hard number.
