It's been 3 weeks into my first real strength training block of 2024, and I figured it'd be a good time to see where I'm at so that I have a reference point for the year's progression.
Today I test several fundamental lifts that are, for me, greater indicators of my progress on the table -- if these numbers go up, I for sure know that I'm getting stronger on the arm wrestling table.
The lifts used in this test are:
1) Locked pronation
This is a measure of my static elbow flexion backpressure through pronation.
2) Locked Riser
This is a measure of my static radial deviation.
3) Containment
This is a measure of my static finger flexion and wrist flexion working in unison.
