Hi Melina. Absolutely do what makes you Happy!! I DO NOT regret purchasing my 5 moterm’ binders. They have basically paid for themselves, because of the craftsmanship, usability, and the amazing colors!! I’m at for a LOOOONG time, so I figured that in also. Great. Love the idea of the inserts vs new envelopes everything. Vision insurance is nice for the eye exams and such but seems like they don't cover as much on frames/lenses. I started using pair Eyewear or zenni optical for glasses and they are cheaper if you need a second/back up pair.

Hey babes! Omg $1400 for your mortgage?!? Dude stay your butt there, don’t move!! Unless you find your dream home lol 😊 but seriously, that’s such a steal. I love the inserts idea, it’s such a good alternative to the matte vellum envelopes. And girl, my husband wants a truck too 😂 and a Tesla and a GTR and the list goes on lol! I told him he needs to cash out the next car or pay most of it up front. We don’t have a car payment currently and I can’t go back to making car payments lol! 🙌🏼 anyways, I love your videos as always!! Have a great day bestie!! 😘

I have a few moterms - absolutely obsessed with them too. A black moterm was the first one I got and I was hooked 😊❤ That mortgage is such a great deal. 1 bedroom apartments here in Toronto are $2500 per month

Okay um OBSESSED with the black checkered 🏁 $1400?! Whoa!!! That’s AMAZING!! I so regret not buying a house when we were able to. We pay so much in rent it’s ACTUALLY disgusting. Yay new video! No. 1 I loved this video! I love how you explained your inserts and how you came up with the month ahead amounts. No.2 $1,400/months on mortgage is unheard of! Yes 🙌 another video I truly love watching your channel ! I decided to make a specific month ahead binder too ! I used these amazon for a year now because I didn’t know how to make or spend to get the specific categories I had so I had a label maker and the envelopes and Filofax binders and that’s how my setup started and then you came along and now that’s history lol 😂

Thanks babes! Right, like we about to make this our forever home if we cannot change the economy we are currently in for another 4 years 😅 My sig. scent was the Stella McCartney purple bottle - and it was discontinued, but i love the fruity fresh scents on me, and one that will stay you know? So the last four years have been aweful without it, but I recently tried the sample from Louis Vuitton called “Attrape-Rêves” and girl, lasted all day, massive bottle, and every single person i encounter with it on compliments me so like I know its real! 😭
