Thank you so much for all of this information. You’re the only one I’ve found on YT with this subject to be detailed and accurate that has helped me. I feel like the other videos are more for entertainment purposes on Uv printers.
I cannot thank you enough for this video! I was getting so frustrated trying to get good prints from my xp15000 , tried your settings and now it prints perfect colors every time, I’m even using different ink without an icc profile. The prints come out soft and not rubbery like before. If only I could figure out the random “white empty”error I get occasionally all would be well with this printer. Thank You So Much!!! p.s. I would love to see you make a video of your powdering process.
Just thought I’d leave a tip I found useful for feeding the film. Eliminates the need to downsize the paper size. I attach my film to a 12x24 Silhouette Cameo Cutting mat. Works great. No paper feed issues. Able to utilize more are on the film at the top and bottom.
@@ickycrane684 just feed the mat through with your pet dtf film. Or you can use a very this strip to tape the top of your film to the mat. But I didn’t find the need to with the stickiness of the mat.
I purchased a new epson xp1500. Installed chip less ink tanks and software. I had cad link for rip software so I installed it. The printer is not printing anything. I have run print head nozzle check several times. I have done a print head cleaning. I have even run a ink purge page. Still no ink coming out. Any ideas on what else I could try?
how come when i put a image in and i go to print for the first time on that image it prints a strip and when i go to print again it might print 1/2 of the image and then the 3 time it prints ok
I used all these settings, it printed once and ink leaked everywhere..... lowered my % and then the color wasn't as vibrant, now I cannot get it to print my image at all, any ideas or help would be appreciated?
Can you use more than 1 xp15000 on the acrorip? I looked into this when it first came out and only one was being allowed per software, I just don't remember which one it was. Also where do you get your cartridges? I'm getting started with this printer and your videos have helped me understand a lot better! Thank you

Hello, I am having trouble with accu rip Tenpoint 5. When I print to film I get no image printing, if on paper I get image. I have tried premium, glossy & transparency and no image. Did a print purge, what am I doing wrong?
do the settings need to be set with every file or will they stay at the last set setting? I followed along with your video, then I closed the practice file and all my settings went back to default.
I want to convert my xp 15000 to only 4 ink channel cymk and use eco solvent ink. It looks possible with this software. I just dont know about the print color accuracy. Not sure what will be the ICC profile. Do you think it is possible to convert xp 15000 to 4 channel water based eco solvent ink?
@@ssvcustomtransfers Thank you. I am just looking for options for wide format printer. Its hard to find now 4 color wide format printers on my budget. Ecotank15000 is too expensive. New workforce 7840 are not chipless and it is expensive to buy chips everytime. Old wf7720 are hard to find now. And XP 15000 wide format is under my budget.
Hello, I am new to DTF, I have been doing sublimation for a while. I have my xp-15000 all converted, Acrorip software in, I have all my settings set the to the same as you, except the ICC profile is set to off. But mine doesn't print white on the bottom. Can you tell me why you think that is? Also what would do your settings for white letters/image you would put on a black shirt, the same as this video? TIA
any idea why it will start printing at a normal speed and then about an inch into the design it prints then stops for a few seconds and then another line..then stops..Basically almost 25 mins to print a 6x7 logo 😁
Hi Carrie, you're video helped me tremendously! Thank you so much. The problem I'm having is that my images are not printing at the correct size and the left and right sides of the image are getting cutoff. I have checked and double checked all my settings and cannot figure it out. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
@@ssvcustomtransfers oh sorry, acrorip sends everything to the printer but now nothing is printing at all. I did a nozel check to be sure I didn't have any issues prior to contacting you again and my inks are all printing normally.
When I go to do the part at 2:01 it does not let me go over 8.50 for the width. Can you help me with that, please? Some of my settings are different than yours as well. Is this because I may have an updated version.
Hi! I can not get my xp15000 to print black ink on anything. It won’t print black ink on any design and it won’t print black in on just a black image it’s always just a different color.
Hi, my xp 15000 whi acrorip 10.5 doesn´t print white when the image file is bigger only print when the file have under 1000px but the final result is bad every pixels in a3. Can you heap me?
You do have to have a RIP software. That is what controls the white ink. You can purchase here: ssvcustomtransfers.com/products/acrorip-11-rip-software-with-dongle-for-dtf-pre-order-1?
All my prints start off with little to no white background and I have it set up for 100 percent white background behind any color. It happens no matter how far down the design starts and if I do multiple on one page it does the same thing on the start of every image. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hi my name is Kim I'm a proud owner of a Epson Xp15000 converted to DTF. I watch your for the setup I printed one image so far but my problem is that it only printed the and not the white. I tried to print again but I got the same results, I stopped printing and through manybe could tell want I'm doing wrong p.s. I did followed your instructions from your RU-vid.
@Southern Sass Vinyl I did all that, let me ask this the chips that are on the white cartridges are they program for white ink? Or the acrorip pro take care of that?
