This vacuum was very easy to install and get going🌼 So simple I recommended it to my parents. Was shocked at how quickly it could do an entire room. Totally worth the price. The app took a couple of minutes to install but has no issues.
I just bought a 907 and cannot tell if the unit is charging. It keeps saying "my battery is low" but how do I tell if it is properly on the charging station? When I check it after a few hours it gives me the same message. Very frustrating. Please advise.
I just bought this r95 model and will be deliver next week. But I don't know where to buy the parts (filter, rotating Swiffer, cleaner pad). And also I heard that the apps has an issues accessing while your away from home.

ECOVACS ROBOTICS hi! I just received my R95 and I really love it. I lived alone in my studio apartment and this device is amazingly smart. But i dont know how to connect with amazon echo Alexa though. I cant find the ecovac on alexa skills.
First make sure you're registered with the Ecovacs app. Go to the Alexa app, skills, search "Ecovacs", enable Type in credentials, select model, it'll say successfully linked when complete.
