This is the setup for a 4th of July show I help my friend put on for his family. They were kind enough to donate money and fireworks to make this show happen and allow me to set it all off! This show actually took place before my 4th of July show, but wanted to post mine first since everyone had been waiting on it.

The show will be posted on Tuesday. I didn't spend anything on this show. A friend's family paid for the fireworks and I put on the show for them! I've been looking into buying wholesale for some time now, but there are several complications otherwise I would have long ago.

The fuses are pretty long on the excals for one because the excal tube is a molded plug tube where the plug is only about .3-.4 inches thick and is almost 14 inches tall where the depth is about 13.5 inches deep same as a 15 inch tube because of the wood plug.

We remove the tops just to reduce debris in the clean up. I have a video on how I made my mortar racks and there are several others of close up shots and fusing shells together

The foil doesn't affect anything (Doesn't make it louder or quieter). You can put foil on whatever you'd like, I just put it on the exposed fuse though.

You don't have to. We only did it to make clean up easier.

Sweet looking set up though. Like we talked before if I don't have a shoot site I wouldn't mind doubling the show with product. But it would be hard to top it off year after year then hahaha.

Might be dumb, but I'll ask anyways. Why do you take the tops off of the 200 and 500 grams? Also, how do you make the mortor displays? Idk of you have video or not already.

I put foil on the finale so that sparks from the other fireworks don't land on the exposed fuse causing it to accidentally ignite.

Protect the exposed fuse from fallout from the rest of the show, aka, the shells starting early in the show.
