You skipped a step. How do you download the Lic file?

The moment I save the license setup I get this error: Weindows preferred path \ProgramData to store service data is not set. Please ensure Local Service user has modify privilege on the folder containing the debug log. ... when I look at the debug log file made by following this video, everything is set up... I can rename, open in a text editor save, delete just fine. halp
