@ProgrammingKnowledge if i want to change the name of those files(HelloController, HelloApplication or Hello-view), how am i suppose to change or am i unable to do it? Coz i tried and it threw errors.

Getting this error: Secure coding is automatically enabled for restorable state! However, not on all supported macOS versions of this application. Never ever position any controls by numbers. Use layouts and alignments inside them instead.

I fixed a similar error by opening the settings (alt+shift+s), going to "JavaFX" under "Language & Frameworks" and setting the path to the SceneBuilder application.
