Gotta agree with the approach, 3 tries a day, death or glory. Either shotguns or sniper rifles. Just a little task progress while and then tasks i actually want to work on. This was the task i finally broke out the Korunds Id forgotten i had at the bottom of the stash, theyre so heavy I get those back every day too!
@@geeksehSerioulsy I do and I think it is a good quest for newcomers. Of course you cant just Shift+W through that quest but in order to succeed you need to learn a few important things on Customs, a kinda userfriendly map: Where did I spawn? Where do enemys spawn? Where are they going? Where are they extracting? Those are crucial infos on every map, not only Customs. If you know where you are and where enemys most likely are you can rush them or you can use choke points on the map etc. Plus as a new player you are going to die alot which helps with anxiety and gear fear
Different perspective, setup is not that bad. You get a cheap loadout where you just raid customs and do other tasks. Have you seen the other advanced tasks? They are a nightmare. Corrections: piranha is not a slug, what you marked was antena not new gas.
I don't think setup was that hard honestly, just push people, doesn't even have to be dorms, I got most my kills in fortress, piranha + 7rd mags (both jager LL2) + gk-02 = murder machine, just shoot in the general direction of their faces, can spam quite a bit with piranha since it doesn't need to be pinpoint, so yeah, push them with peekers advantage and you'll most likely win (push != run in the open towards people with m4 and m855a1, be smart, run from cover to cover, close that gap and once you're 1 corner away be the one that swings) My biggest complaint about it is being forced to get all 15 kills in customs, I had one single task in customs by the time I did this one so it was just tedious to me rather than difficult Personally the most infuriating quest has been ambulances again, yes you do get it done but the pure RNG of it is just absurd, need to run across the whole map checking all spawns for the damn GPX, then extract V-EX, problem is V-Ex might not be there because someone else took it, or bc it never spawned on the first place, in which case you have to go in raid with the item on you (cause you can't turn in and you can't leave at quest item stash either because the task only completes if you extract through v-ex with the gpx on you) survive and take the V-EX to extract again Then there's missions like Tarkov shooter 8 or psycho sniper, sure you can run factory to gamble it and get quick kills before heading elsewhere but bolties in tarkov have no place except those quests to begin with and having to survive even after you get the kills heavily encourages extract ratting There's also those quests thst require you to buy or obtain a rqther expensive one use only key / card, go to a place and extract with a quest item on you, Your car needs maintenance comes to mind, not only do you need to spend 1mil on the key, you need to go to one of the most contested areas in the map, face the boss, PMCs and probably pscsvs, you also have to get a quest item and extract, if you fail you better be ready to spend another mil, same with that one in labs at sanitars workplace, tho at least that one you can just wait a bit, play normally till most players are gone and then extract without much issue since quest room is not a really contested area
You don't even have to rush dorms, you just rush the nearest spawn, then the nearest hotspot/shots @@geekseh as long as you play like a psycho with no self regard, people panic and die. The trick is to take a kit you don't care on any level about so you can bash em out quick. I just did a dorms loot run, hit the safes, fought at dorms if someone came, then charged people unless I got crazy loot from the safes I'm which case I'd take car. I liked Magnum for the quest though, personally. I found it put people down easier.
