+Boon Hui I agree. This is my favorite look for him. TOP is my ultimate bias, but SeungRi is my 2nd. (not very far behind, by the way.) It was this song that solidified that for me. In all honesty, Asia isn't the most open to treating the girl as a victim if you go to the cops. They'd most likely just tell her "Well, you went to bad with him so...it's your fault." (This happens all the time with rape victims. They are asked how they are dressed. All over the world...this happens.) She went to the quickest outlet, tabloids and news outlets. Or even though he was rough on her, she didn't deem it major enough for her to report it as abuse. The biggest issue is that he didn't conduct good bedside manner during or after sex. He most likely was rough with her without consent so she's mad. Choking during sex has to be consensual because it's risky. He didn't help clean her up either. It was literally hit it, quit it. 2) Car accident was really bad. He sped 20km/h over the speed limit (~20mph over). You can kill someone. It's always important idols follow this bc their lives don't just involve their own and immediate friends/family. It's the public. They risked other people on the road, but also teach younger kids bad things. I never excuse bad driving for idols bc you can kill someone. (Daesung is my bias and I didn't excuse him. Speed & drunk driving is bad~!!) In general, a lot of his hate is just preference and you can't just tell people to like someone because you like them. He doesn't match with everyone. I honestly think it's better to have a smaller amount of SUPER dedicated fans, than thousands of flaky ones. You want fans that support you (back you up when you are jilted, reprimand you when you do something wrong) so you can grow up well in the industry. I think he's doing pretty well and has a lot more fans than a lot of idols. He won't be quitting anytime soon bc Big bang is the big moneymaker for YG. If Big Bang left, YG would be screwed up the butt. (2NE1 isn't well promoted like Big Bang and YG doesn't love them or his other artists as much as Big Bang. Sooo yeahhh.) He's safe. If he goes into service it's his own choice when bc he is required to before he is 30. I'm sure he'll choose a time span between promos because the gaps are large enough to do service and come back without anyone even noticing you are gone bc they don't promote every year like say SM idols.

The second half (and the whole comment due to the implied sarcasm) is you trying to paint me as if I believe all rape victims abuse their status as a victim to make money. In no way shape or form did I say that. I didn't even mention making profit involving the sex scandal. My whole understanding that he was disliked from this scandal was because he was rough and wasn't the gentleman most people assumed idols (if not everyone) would be like after having sex. (Sex is a very intimate act, not surprised she wanted to makeout OR wanted some cuddles or care after. It's common for people to want skinship even after the deed, the hormones released create a feeling of a bond b/w people during sex. Even people who are into rough sex, BDSM, and hardcore BDSM, want cuddles/care/skinship after sex.) All my comments are based on what's released. For the sex scandal, for now the girl's recap is the truth since Seungri never released his side to fight back her accusations but rather he just apologize which can be taken as "I acknowledge these things went down and I apologize to my fans that this came out." Soo I went with the known facts. I also assumed when she meant rough it wasn't "had sex with me against my will" just his behavior was rough. I always listen to the hard remix version as its just awesome! I actually prefer seungri over GD. I only liked crooked. They could have easily delayed GD comeback!
