Bilkul surat type. Kuch log ki recipe me maine milk dalte hue dekha hai means surat ki recipe me. But zyada log aap jeisi banate hai. Main surat me hi badi hui hun to ye recipe mujhe pata hai. Very nice sir.
Here also people make sev khamni by mixing the dry khaman(without pouring the sugar syrup) then they crumble it and give tadka by also adding some powdered sugar for the sweetness and then served with sev, pomegranate seeds, some masala roasted peanuts(used in dabeli) and also the green mint chutney!! I haven't found anyone making like this! So tempted to try and taste this recipe of sev khamni!😋👍🏻🌟

हमारे महाराष्ट्र मे इसे वाटली डाळ बोलते हैं सेम हैं रेसिपी. इसकी एक ट्रिक भी है , दाल को पिसते समय ही हरिमिर्च अँड नमक अँड शुगर डाल के पिसते हैं पीसी हुई दाल में हल्दी डाल के इसको कूकर के बर्तन मे डाल के कूकर की तीन व्हिसल कर के बंद कर दो ठंडा होणे के बाद हाथ से उसको सेप्रेट करके फिर तडका बना के मिक्स कर दो एक भाप दे के बंद करदो, बस रेडी हो गयी. इस से क्या होता है दाल को बार बार देखना नहीं पडता आऊर् नीचे लगने का टेन्शन भी नहीं. 👍

Sanjyot Bhai, Sev khamni also serves with Rajkot Special Green Chutney, actually it's serves with any gujju fast food like nav taad na samosa, vati daal na khaman, vanela ganthiya, sandwich dhokla, chavanu. To aap uss chutney ki recipe bhi try karna, you'll love it.
We add little chora daal n urad daal to chandaal and make khaman first. We don’t add eno. First step is “Surti locho”when it is hot, ince cool down then you can crumble and rest recipe goes same way.
