I don't even need to watch more than 5 minutes to see not only will that place not sell anytime soon but why it's vacant now.....Yapping Rat dogs that stand at your fence and go insane EVERY time you walk out the door. Nope. That house is gona rot since the HOA obviously refuses to enforce the rules. Probably a lawyer living there. AND OMFG the Master bedroom is right there too! I feel sorry for the guy that owns the house, getting woke up every morning when the pool guy/maid/yard people step foot in the back yard!

Tf?! The layout of the house is horrid. There’s no sense of symmetry anywhere in the home. Some rooms have such a horrible shape that you couldn’t fit furniture properly in it. The kitchen is literally way too small compared to the size of the home. The master bathrooms / closet account for literally 3k sqft of the home. The architect and designer literally made the most used places the smallest and most inconvenient while making some irrelevant rooms incredibly large and pointless. Is this a nice house? For sure it is. Is it winning on all points? Hell no.

As for the hom I would love this place i would add an extra wall out front to make a private courtyard . And if the uhg HOA allowed i would add to all the walls around the property to make it a private backyard with 8' walls. Only deal breaker of the property is them yappy dogs next door. The worst part of this house was the yappy dogs outside. Everything else was premium. Beautiful home. I would definitely give them their asking price.
