Thanks for tuning into the videos. I'll make note of this as a possible episode topic. There are not regulations outlining specifically what you can, or cannot do with videos/podcasts. There are however general regulations around what is not permissible with marketing/advertising. Each individual firm (ex: wirehouse) then has the ability to put in even more restrictive guardrails, and they generally do.
