svt are most known for their complex and synchronized choreo, so you should definitely check out their performances/ dance practices for the full experience 😁 they've also performed "anyone" live alongside the title, i really recommend that too! (since music show stages often get blocked, maybe just watch it for yourself) musically, svt have tried out a variety of concepts, but their "signature sound" is definitely very fresh, bright and youthful. you can also really see their progress of their music and sound as they get older and gain experience - not just in the themes and lyrics, but also the production ~ since the very beginning they've been very involved with the production of everything, so they get to be very sincere and authentic with the music they make and what they want to show and even tho it's not always perfect, it's "theirs" if you know what i mean ❤️ oh and yes they do split in units quite often. performance, hiphop and vocal unit are the basic units that you'll see most, but they've tried other combinations of members for certain songs too, so don't be surprised
Yess DK's voice is so powerful and amazing. He actually played King Arthur in the xcalibur musical in 2018 and he has just been casted to play King Arthur again in the 2021 production later this year! He really has a good voice for musicals

seventeenlyrics is the best place for lyrics so I'm glad you found them!! ^^ although fyi if you react to another SVT comeback in the future seventeenlyrics does usually take a few days to upload all the songs but i promise it's worth waiting for their channel as they're by far the most reliable and accurate. also if you start reacting to SVTs older songs, know that seventeenlyrics is missing seventeens first two Mini albums (17carat and boys be) so if you can't find them on that channel it's ok to just use random lyric videos ^^ i think starting from the beginning can really be a fun experience when it comes to seventeen because they're self producing and you can see their growth over time in both the quality of production as well as the lyrics they convey. but also that being said since they've been self producing since debut some of the earlier b-sides can be hit or miss, especially for new fans (I'd say once you get to the "going seventeen" album things are more solid production wise from there on out). so if that's the route you take just be aware of that? their first MV for adore u also has no budget bc their company was basically broke at the time 😅 if you'd rather skip around and listen to some of SVTs later stuff first, you could maybe start with "teen,age" or "an ode" since they're both full albums and offer more variety. seventeen are absolutely known for their "fresh" concepts, especially their summer albums. there's actually a saying that the seasons are "spring, seventeen, autumn, winter" bc their summer comebacks are that iconic. but they've also experimented and done lots of different concepts that aren't "fresh". also seventeens mini albums tend to all have the same structure of two or three 13 member songs (including the title track) and a song for each unit. although their last two albums before your choice are exceptions to that as "heng:garae" had only 13 member songs and "semicolon" had units based on age line rather than their set performance/vocal/hip hop units. their full albums also include a mix of 13 member, performance/vocal/hip hop unit songs, and mixed unit songs
Seventeen doesn't usually use auto tune. When they do you can tell. It's very obvious. It's not to keep their voice on pitch it's too distort the voice a little to match a concept.

He's also a huge fan of Bruno Mars. Such muses can be heard influencing the group's heavier R&B songs. Woozi is definitely a romantic at heart, if any of his lyrics and compositions (aka SVT's entire discography) are to go by. For "Same Dream, Same Mind, Same Night", even S.Coups (SVT's leader and Woozi's friend of 10+ years) said that the title alone gives it away that Woozi wrote the song. Not only is he one of the group's main producers, he's also the leader of the Vocal Unit (dubbed 'Vocal Boss' or VoBo in years past.) And as the middle child in SVT's age line-up, he's loved and adored by his hyungs, friends, and dongsaengs. Fun fact: Early on as a trainee, Woozi almost ended up on the Performance Unit (because he's a skilled dancer). DK is actually one of the strongest vocalist in kpop rn, he was casted as the lead role in a musical theater Xcalibur as King Arthur and this year he got the role again. you can tell how amazing his vocal if he’s casted twice as the lead role in a musical theater :) also if you like RnB songs you can listen to I Wish (from Heng:Garæ album) and Second Life (An Ode album). all three of them along with Same Dream, Same Mind, and Same Night are probably my top 3 SVT songs

It is pronounced The8 but his Korean name is Myungho and that's what a lot of members call him :) Also I suggest watching some live stages (they're continuing promotions today after having to quarantine because a staff member had Covid) so you can start to recognize their faces :)) I completely agree about DK's vocals! He sounds so stable and powerful live it's insane

Hi Anne just discovered your channel. I am a big Seventeen fan and I enjoy watching first time reactions. Although, I did notice that this reaction was 2 months ago, I do hope that you would still react to more of SVT. ( I subscribed to give you encouragement 😊). You have barely scratched on SVT's discography and I assure you that you won't be disappointed checking out their content - aside from their official track MVs, you will also enjoy watching special videos for their B-side tracks, dance practice/choreography videos, japanese releases, variety show"Going Seventeen", solos and unit songs, special performances for US TV shows, etc. etc..
