Dance and performance is something that is just always so impressive to me because dancing is one thing but PERFORMING is another, where you can just grab people's attentions and have such charismatic facial expressions. Hey Lovelies! Can I just say I am soooooo overwhelmed by the amazing support and comments Carats have left. I am so lucky to be so looked after and embraced by you and I am just so full of fluffy feelings! I have been so stressed with work, making videos, wedding stuff plus other commitments I have, but reading your comments and feeling so welcome by a fandom means the world to me! I wish I could comment back to everyone but it would take me days. I have my bachelorette getaway this week so I'll be away for 4 days but still have patreon videos scheduled. Hopefully I can get a sneaky Jungkook video uploaded before I go. But yes, thank you for being here, sharing your love for Seventeen and for being so welcoming and kind! I can't wait to learn more about SVT with you all and to continue on my journey to becoming a Fully Grown Carat and not just an itty tiny baby Carat ^_^

He unleashes the madness on him when he is with the members because he feels comfortable.But with new people he is super shy. 23:49 Yes, Jun is one of the tallest members. 37:17 Yes, you are right, Jun's empathy come from his own experience. He has such an interesting but also difficult life. He debuted at the age of 2 as an actor (to generate income) to support his mother, who was his only family. His life improved a lot when he was 10 and his mother remarried, but he decided to continue working because he fell in love with acting. He had a recognized career (Won at the Hong Kong Films Awards) for 15 years and he wanted to continue his path on martial arts movies, but he suffered an accident in a competition and ended up fighting spinal tuberculosis. After a long time, he had to give up on martial arts and renewed his dream, focusing on studying acting, but then he got casted on a store by a pledis agent. That's when his dream of being an idol began, and he abandoned his career to start from zero in a new country. Because he spent his entire life in front of cameras, Jun was very afraid of them when he was not in character, he had identity crisis since he was little, so it was really difficult for him to show his true personality when he joined the project. He has struggled with it for a long time and happily now he has much more confidence in himself and feels free to show who he really is (we love to see that), as you can see he just wants to be happy. And he has become such a great all rounded artist. 52:18 Minghao is quite calm and mature in his daily life. He is a very rational person but he also has this savage moments when he roasts people 😂. 01:05:43 Dino is such a savage, he has a lot of confidence in himself, and although the boys like to joke with him from time to time, Dino always has the last word. I swear no one loves Seventeen more than Seventeen 💖

Hoshi is, indeed, an introvert lol. It's only with his members that he's so comfortable with where you see his craziness but even like that, after a while, he'll go silent lol. Jun was a lead in the Chinese drama this year, exclusive fairytale and just recently won an award for it. You should watch his latest solo, Psycho. He's been confused with/ compared to a few different people: Heuning Kai, Jay from Enhypen, Lee Know from Stray Kids, and a few more. The 8 is, I agree, a well rounded, healthy minded individual, but also a little savage and sometimes , sassy lol. He has a contemporary art series and it's a great watch. Dino is a total extrovert and his danceology series is ahhhmazing. Their game caterers is awesome. Thank you for your reaction. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding ❤

The 2nd member is JUN. He is 182 cm. You must watch his most recent solo too, PSYCHO. In earliest SVT MVs, you wont able to notice him much because usually he has less lines distributions and screen times. Try watching and compare HOT MV with his fancams. You will be surprised.

"They feel like the people you want in your life." Exactly. Very well put. The whole performance team is extraordinary. Dino (who is my main bias) is an extrovert. He's been dancing since he was little, both parents being dancers and his Dad running a dance academy. The thing to remember about the whole, entire SVT men is that they can all pretty much do everything. Congratulations on your marriage! You're going to be busy so don't worry about us. Carats are pretty patient. We'll be here when things settle down a bit. Now I hate to add to your many lists but you asked. Here's some of my favorites: Dino's Danceology, The 8's HaiCheng, World, Home;Run, Left & Right, Rock w/You, Space, Without You, Thanks, SVT's Japanese releases.

I’m still pretty new to seventeen, but I think my biases are DK and mingyu🐶. DK just has one of the most pure souls and the talent in that man is insane, his vocals always throws me of. Mingyu also seems like such a sweetheart, love his tone when he sings and rap and his goofy personality never fails to make me laugh. Though after watching in the soop s2 I definitely grew a soft spot for hoshi🐯, just watching him be makes me smile 😊 and he’s also insanely talented Some of my favourites are: Light a flame, dust, habit, I don’t understand but I love you,to you, what’s good, shadow,trauma 🧡

My original bias was Dino (who is ENFJ via MBTI) but these days I'm a Wonwoorideul (who's MBTI is INFJ) and I occasionally get wrecked by the other 12 members. Song suggestions: Trauma, Gam3 Bo1, Fast Pace, Habit, Pang, Heaven's Cloud, Rocket, Light a Flame, Shadow, Anyone, Kidult, Holiday, Bittersweet, Spider, Ruby, Black Eye (not all have MVs). I started out as Cubic and got to know Seventeen more from watching Going Seventeen. That was 2.5 years ago. I became a Carat in June of this year and am no longer a multi.

The avergae SVT height is 177-180cm, Mingyu being the tallest at 187cm, followed by Jun and Wonwoo at 182cm, with Seungkwan (175cm), Dino (172cm) and Woozi (166cm) being the shorter ones

I recommend checking out their japanese releases! their japan debut being "Call call call!" so you could start there. Falling flower is great, 24H, Happy ending, dream, and theres a few more. also for b sides, i personally think "run to you" is their best b-side, people are usually blown away listening to that one, highly recommend!

It's an unpopular opinion but I like the dancer who can groove to the dance or feel it...... For me the best style of dance is what Woozi and Dk.... Dances...... Their groove to the dance makes u dance...... And if I'm talking about power dance, it would be Hoshi and Dino....... apologies for a lengthy comment :") 10:08 aside from this hoshi also has 'horangi power' which is a really cute song, much less intense than 'tiger' 😭 23:34 'limbo' is part of his series of solo releases, next one is 'psycho' which i think you would like, too, as the aesthetic is kind of similar? I just love Seventeen so much! Excited for more SVT! My bias is Wonwoo! I just love everything about him and how he carries himself! Another bias of mine is Jeonghan, he’s in the vocal unit. He got the voice of an angel, soft and sweet! Plus he is just so beautiful. And Jun, my bias wrecker! The duality of this man. He’s so sweet and carefree but when he’s performing, boy does he perform! His movement is so fluid, like water. Can’t wait for you to start Going Seventeen to see all of their personalities! As for songs if you like the style of June song Psycho, I think you’ll like SVT’s song Fear!

Everytime i watch seventeen I can’t help but smile, I can’t explain what I feel when it comes to seventeen the only way I can describe it is warm, happy and safe, they are very entertaining and effortlessly hilarious but also very caring and charismatic, I’m so thankful to them and very thankful to be a carat, I will forever love seventeen and be thankful towards them and the things they do for us carats and how they go out of their way to make us happy and make sure we are entertained ❤ forever a carat 🫶🏼

Ah, I was waiting for this, thank you very much. Observations that I think you will find interesting: Hoshi is actually introverted haha, no one can understand how, if I'm not mistaken his mbti is INTJ. Jun acted as the main character in the Chinese drama Exclusive Fairytale and won the "Rising Star" award at the Asia Content Awards Global 2023. Dino is very good friends with Yeonjun and Changbin. I'll be waiting for the next reaction ❤️

I can't talk about my bias and why I love him in these videos... *since he is from the vocal unit, need to wait for his moment to shine, tho that part not upgraded yet, sad, sad* Surprisingly Hoshi is an introvert, he is actually really shy when he is alone with new people, the members, carats and usual staff make him comfortable enough to be his loud self, but when alone, other staff and no fans to react, he can be really shy. Seeing him with svt in variety shows vs his first times in variety shows alone was such a change xD Now he bit more confident with solo promotions since they get to do more of those This year Jun release another solo song, Psycho, if you think him in a crop top was a lot hahaha ha ha wait for Psycho

I have a special place in my Carat heart for these four, maybe it’s bc I grew up dancing but I just love their genuine joy and constant inspiration for dance, and how individually their styles are all so different but it comes together so well when they perform all together And yes Hoshi is an introvert, he just tends to go a little crazy with the members since he’s comfortable 💀especially in GoSe I also think if you’re going to start watching GoSe, I don’t know if you want to, but unwound watch the Game Caterers Seventeen special first, since it’s a little shorter and a little calmer than GoSe lol

My bias are Jeonghan, Joshua, Hoshi The wrecker : all the other members Love them just because it's them, who they are (their talent, their personality, their relationship, their chaotic 'problem') You have to watch Going Seventeen. May you can start with Going Seventeen TTT (Hyperrealism) to learn more about their personality And also. Hoshi is Introvert. he just crazy and hype when he with the members (Seventeen's member) but when he with other people, he so calm. He gave hype energy when on stage, too.

it was a rhetorical question, but you asked where they find all of these talented people and the interesting thing is that most of svt (like all but 2 or 3 i believe) were street cast. pledis's casting agent(s) in the early 2010s must have had an insane eye to pick out all of these boys lmao. another fun fact is that all of the seventeen members' first and only company they trained at was pledis, which is so rare since most trainees bounce around between a lot of different companies before debuting. sometimes it really meant that this group with these members was just meant to be

They really are all very talented, I mean, all fans feel that about the groups they follow. With Seventeen I think it just feels extra impressive because there's so many of them. 😂 Oh, and with Minghao, I do think he's well adjusted and an emotionally savvy guy but I think he's developed that because he is a deep feeler and has faced internal conflict. So, it's not necessarily that he's peaceful but that he's developed good coping mechanisms to bring himself peace. A thoughtful and self aware sort of person. Carats do tend to have a bias line, in addition to an ult bias. By the time you add it up, half the group is your bias and the other half is your wreckers. 😁 Even years later, who I'm drawn to will still shift! And I've had a crazy trajectory happen, like members I would have said at the beginning were just not the ones I connected with who are now fighting for top bias spots!! Take your time on your future svt content, hope you're able to just enjoy your wedding and wind down after! I love how thoughtful your reactions are though so I'm glad you're going on this journey to get to know them! 💗

I Don't Have a Bias (Fixed Bias) I am OT13 ..... My bias Change every Minute in SEVENTEEN ..... but one thing for sure they are super talented, Sweet , humble , kind, Purest souls on Earth....and ofcourse Their Bond.... Seventeen is 5th group I found out about (After BTS, TXT, Enhypen and Stray Kids) but i really fell in Love with Them and I am a Carat (Only Carat) because they really won my Heart ♥♥♥♥

I already watched your videos because of txt, dreamcatcher, bts and many other artists, and I'm loving that you're watching this svt guide. I love these 13 people so freaking much, they're so so soooo talented, and have such interesting personalities and a funny yet heartwarming relationship with each other. p.s.: as a kai biased moa and jun/dk biased carat, I get the similarity you momentarily saw between jun and kai, some of my moacarats friends also think like that. also... dino is friends with yeonjun and changbin, yeonjun even talked about it on the most recent bambam's interview show episode. seungkwan (from the vocal team) has become friends with soobin, they even did a weverse live together. and the '97 line (mingyu, dk and minghao/the8), specially mingyu, are friends with jk. in fact, jk gets along well with pretty much all svt members, but is reeeaaally close to mingyu (a friendship that is at least 7 years old now). last, but not least, jeonghan (from the vocal team) was spotted at a golf course with taehyung/V months ago.

God! I thought I was the only one to whom Jun the blond reminded Kai... They are completely different, but every time I look at Jun the blond he reminds me of a Kai, especially from some angles, it is very noticeable

Aww performance team ❤ they have some of my favorite unit songs, so good! And their choreo is INSANE. My bias is DK, he's in the vocal team. It's so easy to love him, his vocals are godly and the man is gorgeous. It's hard to not have this man in your bias line the way he wrecks everyone lol I also love Jeonghan, Hoshi, Vernon & Joshua. But honestly I love them all. 3 of my biases are in the vocal team so I can't wait for the next one! Thanks Tracy 🙏🏽 P.S. I agree to the killing voice after the guide, you can hear snippets of their hit songs and dive deeper into the MV's/lyrics afterwards 😊

some other tips 1. myungho is a former competitive bboy champion, he was a bboy dancer since a child and he's beyond great at it, i became a predebut fan of seventeen because I was a fan of bboy myungho. 2. Hoshi is the main dancer as well as performance team leader where as chan/dino is also the main dancer alongside him. 3. The performance team such as its name are the best, forefront and main dancers of the team, the team that leads every choreography, makes the choreography alongside the in house choreographers and teaches the choreography and formations to the members. 4. Once you get into more seventeen videos especially going seventeen their variety show and one of the best kpop groups personal variety show you'll find not one single member in seventeen is normal, in fact the whole lot of them are insane, Hoshi believing with his whole heart, soul and entire being that he is a tiger is nothing but a mere taste, a mere fraction of seventeen. 5. With the San comment of course it was meant lightly but it should be San reminds you of Dino as Dino is San's senior singer by three years. Thanks for this reaction!

Not them men remind me about being mentally healthy again when this is usually which as 1st one for the whole Industry too that they are able, can allow and be allow themselves to eat,drink, sleep and train accorind to the shedule as well....I wonder how much more amazing a human being could be if we all would have the abilltiy to be (even more?) health(ily) but also not to a degree that that becomse a sickness then....humans are weird and things happen. ^^

i'd largely agree with everything the other comments are saying with recs -- especially their killing voice and the mvs for fear, home;run, snap shoot, & pretty u ! for getting to actually know them i'd recommend of course going seventeen (the most popular episodes like the tag and best friends are very very good start - offs in my opinion) and also the seventeen game caterers: not the hybe one, they have one specially for them which personally i think shows how chaotic they really are lmao. my biases are wonwoo and jeonghan
